Project EASE
AMP’s Project EASE (Energy Assistance Through Supportive Efforts) provides short-term emergency assistance to income-qualified residential customers who are unable to pay their electric bill and/or are at risk of having their power turned off. Customers may receive Project EASE support once every four years.
Project EASE customers may also concurrently participate in AMP's Energy Assistance Program (EAP), which provides an ongoing 25% discount for income-eligible residential customers.
