New Member Appointed to Alameda's Public Utilities Board

Civil engineer and Alameda resident Jerry Serventi was recently appointed by Mayor Trish Spencer as the newest member of the City of Alameda’s Public Utilities Board. Serventi replaces former board member Mary Sutter, who has moved out of Alameda.

Commissioner Serventi has served on the boards of the Bay Planning Coalition and the California Marine Affairs and Navigation Congress. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a licensed civil engineer in the state of California.
