Required Information
To start service, the following information is required for all responsible persons on the account:
- Email address
- Employer's name, address, and telephone number
- Name, service address, and home telephone number
- Reference (friend or relative) name and telephone number
- Social security number (required - not a credit check)
- Spouse/roommate information, if applicable
- If renting, landlord's name and telephone
Fees
- An Account Establishment Fee of $15 will be assessed at sign-up and will appear on the first bill.
- We may require a deposit if personal or employment information is incomplete or where there is a history of late payments.
- New commercial accounts will be charged a minimum $300 deposit which will be included in the first bill. The deposit is based on twice the monthly average bill of a similar business.
The following options are available for customers wishing to stop electric service in their name. Please be ready to provide a forwarding address for your final bill. Select the move-out date that works best for you. Please note that the power may be disconnected at any time during the move-out date.
