F. By Motion, Authorize the General Manager to Purchase One Service Line Worker Small Bucket Utility Vehicle in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $139,500 from Altec Industries, Inc.

G. By Motion, Authorize the General Manager to Amend the Current Agreement with Smart Energy Systems, LLC, to Integrate and Provide Text Messaging Services and Perform Telephone Customer Protection Act Phone Scrubbing Services, for an Amount Not-to-Exceed $65,700 Through September 30, 2021.
